This is a duplication of the"instant action" functionality found in the BarOptions addon. The idea is to provide key bindings for the six (default) action bars, such that an"instant action" switch will change to the specified action bar, then the next skill used will switch the action bar back to the previous one. I wrote a small mod to do this because it was the only feature from BarOptions I actually used.
