Interface 10900 for WoW 1.9.0

Adds a simple bar that replaces the 2 Blizzard(c) right-side-bars.

To move the bar just drag at the top left corner.

To delete a button just hold down the shift key while clicking the left mouse button (don't try to drag a button).

All 24 buttons are bindable to keyboard shortcuts (eg. for G15 Keyboard).

Usage:
/g15bar -> show help
/g15bar reset -> move the bar to the center of the screen
/g15bar scale=x -> x=2 to x=20, scale the bar form 20% to 200% in size
