FooBar provides small, no-frills, independantly movable, hidable, lockable health, mana, combo, xp, and target health bars. Locking and hiding carries over from session to session (but does not save seprately for each character yet.)
Slash command parameters can be mixed and matched at will. To refer to:
Combo Bar:'cb' or'combobar' or'cbar' Health Bar:'hb' or'healthbar' or'hbar' Mana Bar:'mb' or'manabar' or'mbar' Target Health Bar:'thb' or'targethealthbar' or'thbar'
To refer to all four, use'all'. The other parameters are'hide','show','lock', and'unlock'. Using both hide and show, or both lock and unlock, will toggle states. Hiding and locking commands may be issued simultaneously.
Examples: '/foo hide cb' will hide the combobar '/foo unlock mb healthbar' will unlock the mana and health bars '/foo mb unlock hb' does the same thing '/foo hide show all' will toggle all bars visibility states '/foo show unlock all' will show and unlock all bars '/foo lock' will do nothing, as it needs to refer to a bar '/foo help' will show badly written help, much like this

Feedback is appreciated, both on the addon's look/behavior, and on coding style/method. (I can't promise that I'll do anything about it soon, though.)
It should be possible to use the addons below to have the bars show/hide in combat situations (though I haven't tried it yet). Flexbar can push a (nonspell) button in response to game events, so a macro on a button could do'/foo hide all' (and another for'/foo show all'), or'foo show mb cb thb', or whatever. ReactiveMacros I haven't looked carefully at, but I think that it'll work similarly.

Immediate future plans include saving hidden/locked states on a per character basis, and probably a bit further down the road, numerical representations of the bars, probably something like gypsy does. (That would, of course, be hidable.)
This addon was something I wrote in early january, because there wasn't anything that did what I wanted. I decided to release it, because I'd seen a number of requests in various places that my addon could fufil. Since I initially posted FooBar, I've gotten the programming bug again, at least enough of it to implement a few things I'd been putting off (like saving the hidden/locked states, consolidating the slash commands, adding a combo bar, things of that sort.)
Since I originally wrotethis (and kept it for myself, because it was much rougher than it currently is), a number of other addons have come out that overlap what FooBar does (and in most cases, have lots of additional features). Here are some links:
