Well, okay. It does two simple things: that - and if you have Scrolling Combat Text installed, you'll see an additional report scroll up above your character's head. Major kudos go to Greyhoof for providing this option to the WoW community. The option to switch AngerManagement on and off is carried within SCT's configuration window. Of course, you can switch it off from the character load screen as well! ;)
JIM's version rules:
The first two parts of the version number (the'major') are the same as a capable version number of World of Warcraft.
Whenever any JIM AddOn is updated, all JIM AddOns that update after it will have the same version number or higher.
