This addon should help you dealing with chasers during fast paced combat.
It instantly flips your view to look behind you on key PRESS and returns to normal again, once you release the key, while it does NOT alter your movement direction.

I use this with my 5 button mouse on the thumb-button for some while now and found it useful enough to publish it.

There is also a WatchYourSide key to flip your view for 90° to check your flanks.

Its basically a re-write of the internal function to reverse the camera, because dont like toggles and found the"press-and-release" stuff more comfortable.
