This is an addon for World of Warcraft that provides add'l information about the zone and area you are currently in. After getting killed a number of times because I ran into an area that I shouldn't have
been in.. ;) I thought it would be nice to display zone/area info based on your character level.
I ran into Fanook's ZoneLevel which provides some icon data based on your level.. I thought I could take it a step further and show the actual area level (not just the zone) and color code it based on the players level.
As you move from area to area within a zone, a button on the screen (movable) will display the approx area level (based on monsters in that area) in a color based upon your character level (progressive).
ie: Your Char is level 20
RED indicates you are in an area whose min level is higher than the player level (ie: Zone: 30-40)
YELLOW indicates you are in an area whose mid level is higher than the player level.. but the player is above the low level (ie: Zone: 18-30 [Mid is 24])
GREEN indicates you are in an area whose high level is above the player level but the player is above the mid level (ie: Zone 15-21 [Mid is 18])
GREY indicates you are in an area whose high level is below your player level (ie: Zone 10-18)
GREY also indicates you are in a safe area (ie: town) or an area that has an unknown level at this time.
Hopefully this helps others as it has begun to help me... Please let me know should you find any errors in the location table.. obviously, areas/zones could be missing or incorrect and will be updated in the next version as found.
