A guildee asked me to create an AddOn which would display a pirate flag
(since our guild is pirate theme'd). I have done that, but in addition made
this AddOn with the intent other guilds could pick it up and their members
can proudly display an image of their tabard or something on the screen. In fact,
by default, this AddOn will animate 10 images.
The images are 64x64.
"/flagship" toggle whether the animation is running or paused

Notes:

- If your guild would like to utilize this you can create 10 TGA images which are
64 pixels wide and 64 pixels high. Then name them 0.tga, 1.tga, 2.tga, .... 9.tga
and place them in the FlagShip/Images directory (replacing the default images I
have provided).
- If you do not have exactly 10 images you can modify the FLAG_MAX_INDEX definition
at the top of the FlagShip.lua file.
