Brief History:

I like to search for the average price at the AH for stuff that I want to put up for sale. Constantly typing the names of various items was getting tedious. I asked around the various UI sites to see if there was any addons that could add the item name to the search field for me. The best response I got was from Zaaz on the Official WoW Forums. He/she kindly posted some code/script that would do exactly what I wanted.

I got the code working but found that it was in need of some tweaking to fix a few"bugs". I handed the code to a friend (Blackpanther) and he spent a day to get it where it is now.

I would like to give a BIG thanks to Zaaz for posting the code. All credit really goes to him/her as he/she basicaly wrote the whole foundation of this addon. Also thanks to Blackpanther for getting it to remove the weapon/armor prefix (Thats the tweak he did to the code).

What it does:

Allows you to Alt-R.Click an item in your bags and add it to the search field of the Auction House and search for the item.

This addon will automatically remove the weapon/armor prefix (AKA"of the Bear/Wolf/Etc".) as these are not currently searchable in the Auction House.
